Malaysia Calling: Entries Open for First PPA Tour Asia Stop

Registrations are now open for the Panas Malaysia Open, launching the inaugural PPA Tour Asia season from July 3-6, 2025.

Players can register now to compete for their share of the US$50,000 prize purse that will be on offer at the 9Pickle arena. The tournament will feature local hopes and UPA Trailblazers Jimmy Liong and Mia Athilla, fresh from their training stint in the USA and ready to showcase their skills on home soil. Top pros from across the region and around the globe will also be picking up their paddles in pursuit of top honors.

Offering the opportunity to Play Where the Pros Play, the tournament hosts amateur divisions based on rating and age group, with all players competing on courts alongside the professionals. The venue will be transformed into a vibrant hub where weekend warriors and pro athletes share the same competitive stage, delivering a unique experience and action-packed event.

After Malaysia, the PPA Tour Asia continues in August with both the Hong Kong and Sansan Fukuoka Open. October will then stage the China Slam before delivering a return to Malaysia for the Kuala Lumpur Cup.
